FAQ

We can exchange the garment(s) if they have NOT been tried on, stretched, worn, used, washed, soiled or ruined. The garment(s) that you are sending back must be in perfect condition. ONLY REASONS FOR AN EXCHANGE IS IF THE WRONG ITEM IS RECEIVED. For sanitary reasons we do not take shape wear back that has been tried on, used, worn or stretched since our garments are considered underwear and touch very intimate parts. We would never send something that has been tried on by someone else to any of our customers.

Please note if your package gets lost or stolen from your mailbox we will help you open a claim with USPS but we will not issue a refund or resend the order as we are not to be held responsible for lost or damages caused by a third party. Once the order has been shipped you will get an email with a tracking number and a link.

*Customers have 3 days to report an item defective, damaged, or request a replacement of the same item if the company is at fault. 


 *If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you only have two business days to return the item for the correct order.


How long is shipping? 

Some items can be shipped as soon as the same day. However, shipping can also be up to 14 business days due to COVID-19.

Refunds? 

Pink Me Up is only permitted to issue refunds if the company is at fault. There are absolutely NO refunds. If you have paid for a class refunds will be issued only if there is a medical reason. This is due to limited spots and the purchasing of materials needed for class.
